We are pleased to announce that after a stringent office and site audit with Warringtonfire, we now hold the FIRAS certification for timber fire doors. This will allow us to perform fire door maintenance as well as new installs, while allowing our loyal clients to rest assured that their timber fire doors will comply with all the latest standards.
The fire doors that our directly employed certified carpenters install or maintain are logged onto the FIRAS database, were all relevant documents are uploaded. This enables Warringtonfire to consistently check the quality of our work, in both paperwork and craftmanship.
Certified, maintained and correctly installed fire doors are now a necessity for any commercial building. It’s the direct responsibility of the landlord to ensure the building is safe in the event of a fire and not doing so may invalidate commercial insurances and in some cases, fatalities.
